• Supper Club Gala

  March 24, 2013

  The Supper Club Gala is approaching!   Saturday, May 18th at 6pm.  All adults who would like an evening of potluck dinner and see an exceptional Talent Show are welcome to attend.   You don't have to be a member of a supper club to attend!   Bring your favorite dish, enough for yourself and several others.   No childcare provided.

• Senior Recognition Sunday

  April 28, 2013

  Senior Recognition Sunday will be Pentacost Sunday, May 19th.   Graduating high school seniors will be recognized at the 10:30 service and will be presented with a Bible.   Please contact the church office with the name and school of your graduating senior.

• Holy Land Pilgrimage Reflection

  April 28, 2013

  Journey with us to share in our Holy Land pilgrimage, Sunday June 2nd, from 5pm - 6pm in the Parish Hall.   This will be a time for us to share our experiences and reflections with our church family.   You will see pictures, hear our stories, and sample authentic finger foods from the Holy Land.   Sign-up is required and a sheet is in the Narthex.

  Holy Comforter Episcopal Church invites all children to step right up at Everywhere Fun Fair: Where God's World Comes Together VBS.  Explore and experience Bible fun, great music, crafts, hands-on mission work, games, and more.  Be sure to join us June 3-7, 8:30-noon, for children completed K through 5th grades.   We are also looking for adult and older youth to volunteer, please contact the church office or Stephanie McCann if you are interested.

• 60 Anniversary Celebration

  April 28, 2013

  Holy Comforter's 60th Anniversary Celebration begins on Friday, July 5th at 6pm with a dinner reception at the Carriage House of Goodwood Plantation.   The cost of the diner is $35 per person.   On Sunday, July 7th, the festivities will continue at 10:30 with Bishop Howard celebrating the Eucharist here at Holy Comforter.
