• Ministry Fair

  May 02, 2012

  Get Connected!   The Ministry Fair will be on Sunday, May 20th after both services in the Parish Hall.  Plan to attend and peruse the tables to Praise God for all the ministries happening here at Holy Comforter and to see where you might serve.  Click here for the list of ministries that are available.  If you can't attend, you can print this out and submit to the church office for which ministries you are interested in.

  Also following the 10:30 service, you are invited to a potluck.    The Men's Cooking Crew will be preparing hamburgers and hot dogs.  Please bring a dish to share.  (Note: there will not be buck breakfast)

• Youth Group Car Wash!!

  Get your vehicle squeaky clean and help our youth raise mission money.   Sunday, May 27th, all morning.  Please help support our youth!

• Supper Club Gala

  Attention all Supper Club Attenders and even if you do not belong to a Super Club - all adults are invited.  The Supper Club Gala will be Saturday, June 2nd at 6pm in the Parish Hall.   Please bring enough food for all to share and plenty to eat.  You will enjoy the program and sharing the fun and laughter!

• Grace Mission Blues & BBQ

  A special benefit to support the ministries of Grace Mission:  Blues & BBQ featuring Brett Wellman and the Stone Cold Blues Band, Saturday, June 2nd at the American Legion Hall, Lake Ella.   Doors open at 6pm, music at 7pm, $10 admission.   Tickets available from the church office.

• AED Training

  May 03, 2012

  The church now has an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) which is kept in the Narthex.   We will have training on how to use this after services on June 3rd, and should take about an hour.  Dr. Paul Robinson will be doing the training, and for $2 lunch will be provided.   CPR training will be held at a later date.   Please sign the list in the Narthex or e-mail mikenelson@aggienetwork.com if you are interested in attending.

• Vacation Bible School

  Save the Dates!!!!   Vacation Bible School for ages K-5th will be August 6-10, and will go from 8:30 am to noon each day.   The theme will be announced soon.   For more information, contact the church office or Stephanie McCann.
